Terms and Conditions

 

 

1. This agreement

The following booking conditions form the basis of your Holiday Agreement. They set out our respective rights and obligations and should be read carefully before confirming your booking.

 

2. Booking

The holiday is confirmed as booked when written confirmation is dispatched that the booking form and deposit (or full balance) has been received.

 

3. Your Payment

Payment of 25% of the total cost together with a refundable £500 deposit must be made at the time of booking and the remaining balance to be received as cleared funds 8 weeks prior to departure, including a fee of €10/person for linens and towels. For bookings made 8 weeks or less before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment may be made either by direct bank transfer or cheque.

 

4. Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified in writing. The following charges will apply:

Prior to 8 weeks before departure – 25% of total cost

4 – 8 weeks before departure – 50% of total cost

2 – 4 weeks before departure – 75% of total cost

Less than 2 weeks – 100% of total cost

 

5. Damages

Any damages must be paid in full, prior to leaving the chalet.

 

6. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out winter sports travel and medical cover at the time of booking your holiday to ensure full protection, including cancellation cover.

 

7. Our liability

We shall not be liable for any loss, delay or costs incurred arising from circumstances outside our control (including weather, traffic and snow conditions).

 

8. Complaints

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring during the holiday, please raise this with us directly so that it may be resolved immediately.
